Accounting Staff

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to the company. He/she will oversee invoice reviews, payable transactions, and reporting, and will be expected to analyze and reconcile payments made by employees, clients and customers. He/she will keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Maintaining historical records. Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.

Responsibilities

  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills ang payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and  monthly vendor statements
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Generate reports detailing accounts’ payables status
  • Understand expense accounts  and cost centers
  • Receipt and verification of employee expenses claim third party payment and payroll allowance against client policies.
  • Recording and tracking of all employee disbursements, refunds bank charges and Third-Party vendor payments
  • Responsible for the on time accurate processing of all payments to employees & vendors.
  • Job includes the receipt processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices.
  • Ensures that all transactions are accounted for and are processed within the approved Service Level Agreement.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
