The Bridge Foreman will oversee the day to day operations on a project site and perform supervisory duties, including directing a crew of personnel and assigned equipment in a designated area of the project.
Responsibilities
- Understand and carry out written and oral instructions.

daily responsibilities of workers

Read interpret,
and follow method
statements
and procedures,
specifications,
drawings
and
all other related project documentation.

Ensure
that workers are
properly
supplied with tools
equipment
and materials.
- Prevent wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.
- Supervise workers to best utilize manpower and materials.
- Exercise discipline at the work site prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness.
- Resolve problems when they arise.
- Responsible for the completion of assigned specific phase of work.
- Report daily accomplishments to immediate superior
- Guarantee all quality standards are met.
Requirements and Skills
- At least high school graduate or vocational graduate
- With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Must have Training Certification (NC II)
- Physically fit
- Can start as soon as possible.
- Experience with interchange construction, highway widening and/or bridge construction preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of concrete materials workability, finishing and curing.
- Able to work long days , flexible work hours and weekends.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
