The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of the company and managing financial resources and records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
The person in this role will also be conducting and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial statements and establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Must Have
- Completed 4 year degree in Accounting, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Experience in a leadership capacity in general accounting, financial reporting and management reporting
- Hands-on approach, ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Well-versed in Google Suites and spreadsheet techniques with exceptional numerical proficiency
- Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver.
- Strong background with any ERP system
- Updated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standard (PFRS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
- Possess a positive attitude, good leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, and a team player.
