The Motorpool Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Motorpool Section ensuring optimum work performance and available workforce to meet the services requirement.
In charge of administering motorpool equipment and trucking needs of the clients ensuring the the department objectives and the clients objective are met.
In charge of training, mentoring and evaluating personnel under his area of responsibilities, including maintenance and trucking services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
